		<description>Since originally publishing this article several years ago, I&#039;ve heard from many folks and found that they&#039;ve used it as follows:
* To get a general dialogue going about &quot;What&#039;s going wrong with our projects!&quot; 
* To get specific issues on the table with particular supervisors.
* To &quot;let someone have it&quot; on the way out the door (after resigning!) by handing it to him and saying, &quot;Here... this miserable company does all of these things!&quot; &lt;em&gt;[Hmmm... not the best use of this list, I must say!]&lt;/em&gt;
However you choose to use it, I hope it helps your organization step back and reflect on what PM practices you might improve! </description>
